Supply, Installation, Configuration, Commissioning and Training of Video Conferencing Hardware/Software System on Turnkey Basis
A.
Sr# Description of the Centralized Video Conferencing Solution Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) intends to establish a centralized Video Conferencing System (VCS) at its HQ based in Islamabad to connect five (05) zonal offices located at Karachi,Lahore,Peshawar,Quetta,Rawalpindi,the solution shall include provision of hardware equipment,necessary,software licensing,installation an.commissioning of VCS with 3 years Hardware warrant. The solution should support initially twenty (20) concurrent meetings with the capacity of at least 250 users' licenses per meeting at Full HD1080p 60fps (transmit and receive) or above on H.323/SIP in continuous presence (CP) with scalability to cater future needs. OEM/bidder should have its own spare pool depot/warehouse having all relevant accessories/spare parts of quoted solution in Pakistan 1x FHD 3x3 matrix video wall display having 55-inch panel with ultra-narrow bezel from renowned brands (Samsung/LG/Sony/Pana- sonic or equivalent) with 1 year warranty.
