Procurement of V-BELTS
1.Name of the Brand of the quoted items
*Acceptable Make: SPEARAGE SEALS, PIX-TRANSMISSION, JK FENNER
*No Equivalent make is acceptable
2. Nature of Bidder: OEM or AUTHORISED DEALER OF OEM Only OEM or Authorized Dealer of OEM can quote in this tender. In case you are an authorized dealer, you have to submit the valid authorization certificate/letter from your OEM
3. Confirmation to provide the items as per the mentioned description at the mentioned quantity
4.Bidders has to confirm to submit the following certificates, in Original @ no extra cost to NFL in case of placement of PO
i. Material Test Certificate
ii. Guarantee Certificate certifying that the item is guaranteed against manufacturing defects/bad workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of installation, whichever is earlier.
5 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of STC and GeM Vendors will confirm their acceptance to the Terms and Conditions of the STC and GeM without any deviation and upload a complete set of STC duly signed and stamped on each and every page as token of acceptance of terms and conditions. No commercial deviation shall be entertained in this case or else, your offer shall be liable to be rejected in case of any deviation on commercial terms and conditions.
6 .Any Other Comment / Information /Remarks No Deviation to the Terms & Conditions of NIT is allowed. Offers with any condition/deviation are liable to be rejected at Sole...
