Bidder must have experience in the above-mentioned scope with minimum three (3) years. • Bidder must provide the following key personnel that have experience in Oil & Gas Industry: i. Project Manager (PM) - minimum 3 years experience as PM. ii. Mechanical Engineer (ME) – minimum 3 years experience as ME. iii. Mechanical Technician (MT) – minimum 3 years experience as MT. iv. Welder minimum 3 years as Welder v. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Operator – minimum 3 years experience is NDT operator. • Bidder shall have complete Health, Safety, Environment documents to supervise and execute the construction project.

The Tender is scheduled as follows: i. Tender Announcement Date: 19 & 20 December 2022 ii. Tender Fee Deadline: 13 January 2023 iii. Bid Closing Date: 18 January 2023, 1600, hours (Iraq Time, GMT+3) 2. Strategy i. Tender Strategy: Competitive Bidding tender. ii. Submission: Separate Envelopes for Technical Proposal and Commercial Proposal. iii. Evaluation: This tender is open competitive bidding with 2 tier evaluation, i.e. Firstly Bidders’ technical proposal will be evaluated. Commercial proposal evaluation will be only for technically acceptable bidder which is aligned with instructions for the Implementation of Government Contracts (Law No.2 of 2014, Third Chapter: Contracting Method, Public Tender through the Technical Qualification). 3.
