supply of Single Hole Header
The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, on behalf of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, Refinery Division, Sapugaskanda, Kelaniya, Sri Lanka will receive sealed Bids from manufacturers or their authorized export agents abroad or authorized local agents (Manufacturer‘s or Export Agent‘s) for the Supply of Single Hole Header conforming to the Terms & Technical Specifications indicated in Section 3 and Terms & Conditions given under this Bidding Document. The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its Bid, and CPC shall not be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process.
