1) Compliance with Petrochina's Term & Conditions 2) Bidder's experiences in multi-discipline FDP preparation and completion for international oil companies 3) Bidder's human resources and personnel experience & ability to carry out multi-discipline studies for FDP preparation 4) Bidder's experience and technical capabilities to carry on successful water injection project in both carbonate and sandstone reservoir 5) Bidder's ability to accomplish all required scope of work of FDP preparation within specified contract period 6) The number of approved FDP in the last 10 years prepared by Bidder 7) Bidder's experience on FDP preparation with complex and diverse reservoir fluid types, multiple reservoirs in one oilfield, existing welltypes and number of commissioned wells, artificial lift technologies, solutions for water breakthrough, stimulation involved 8) Financial standings
