A large area, high vacuum compatible chamber with multiple sections is to be fabricated as per custom design.
Item-1:TOP CHAMBER VACUUM COMPATIBLE COVER PLATE (QTY: 1) Material: SS-304/ 316 Diameter: 660 mm OD Thickness: 15 mm Ports: 5 ISO-100, Operating Temperature Range: 15 oC to 100 oC.
Item-2: CHAMBER SECTION WITH COOLING JACKET/ CHANNELS AND VIEWING/ DIAGNOSTIC PORTS AS PER CUSTOM DESIGN Item-2.1: 150 mm Ring (QTY: 2) Material: SS-304/ 316.
Custom designs are only to be provided to the L1 bidder after signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Only those willing to sign this agreement at the final stage of bidding are eligible to participate.
