شرح آگهی:

Scope: 1. Obtain a good platform suited for eSIM Management 2. Reducing the additional costs for new eSIM generation 3. Reducing cost of downloads 4. Acquire and end to end QR Code generation process based on the business need 5. Decommission existing system. 6. Integration with the provisioning , HLR and other NEs 7. Training and consultancy to end users and IT professionals.
Onsite/CapEx platform :1. The platform must be hosted in the Etisalat Data Center. 2. It needs to be a CapEx model in which Etisalat only pays the initial setup and installation charge as well as the yearly support fee. 3. The platform must comply with the most recent eSIM Standards and rules set forth by GSMA. 4. The platform must support the integration with Tier1 and Tier2 Telecom vendors mainly with Core and BSS Network Element and Systems. 5. The platform must support MML, XML, SOAP, HTTP, and other standard protocols needed for eSIM operation. 6. The infrastructure must adhere to all security standards set by GSMA and Etisalat Afghanistan. 7. The platform must support a minimum capacity of 1.5 million eSIMs based on modular expansion and quotation of 500K eSIMs. 8. Etisalat Afghanistan should be given complete ownership of the platform.
