شرح آگهی:

Unified Municipal System (The project scope involves design, implement, operate & maintain of the Unified Municipal System for all municipalities in Oman. Currently, there are multiple municipal systems which operate with varied processes and inconsistencies for delivery of the same service. The objective of this project is to 11 harmonize these services to ensure consistent service delivery across all Municipalities in Oman as well as improving their efficiency by leveraging GIS and Smart Solutions. The high-level scope encompasses a comprehensive understanding of existing processes, their standardization and improvement for municipal user needs and citizen convenience. It involves implementation of a unified platform, geo-enablement of services, data migration from legacy systems, user acceptance testing, capacity building, and operations and maintenance of the unified platform and more. The scope also includes crafting a GIS platform for municipalities and citizens to efficiently manage and visualize GIS data, fostering a streamlined and standardized municipal system across the nation. Additionally, select innovations have been defined as Smart Initiatives/ Solutions to be implemented as part of UMS solution. The detailed scope of work is outlined in the Volume II of this Tender)
