Provisioning of Digital Archiving Solution: 1. Introduction: The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline the requirements and scope for the implementation of a comprehensive Digital Archiving Solution /software for Etisalat Afghanistan Telecommunication company. The goal is to streamline and enhance the organization's data management practices by providing efficient, secure and management of digital documents and data while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and legal standards. & 2. Objectives: Implement Digital Archiving System to centralize and organize digital documents, files, and data. & Improve accessibility and retrieval of archived information. & Enhance data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.& Facilitate efficient collaboration and information sharing across departments. & Enable scalability to accommodate future growth in document volume and user base. & 3. Scope of Work: Assessment of current data management practices and requirements.& Design and customization of the Digital Archiving System to meet organizational needs. & Configuration and deployment of the solution. & Integration with existing business applications such as ERP Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Adobe eSign, and Azure Active Directory/On-prem Active Directory for Authentication Purpose. & Migration of existing digital documents and data to the new system. & Training for system administrators for at least 8 people and end-users
